“I have used Sew Creative because they are always helpful and easy to
contact. We always seem to be able to make arrangements for a service at a
convenient time. They have several engineers so it does not matter how many
machines need a service. They are able to service all the different types
and supply all the different parts needed. We have been very happy with the
work they have done for us and will continue to use them.” Joy
Evitt from Northgate High School Ipswich
“Mr Jacobs has been supplying machines to St. Mary's school for over
20 years. In that time he and his staff in King Street have been very supportive
and helpful. They also keep us up to date with new machines on the market
such as the Embellisher. Students, parents and staff when thinking about buying
a sewing machine will also visit his shop and are always pleased with the
support, guidance and service offered.” Helen Jackson, St. Mary’s
