Merchant & Mills suggest dry waxed cottons, cotton twill, 8-14oz denim, cotton drill, or cotton canvas.
 
All seam allowances are 1.5cm unless stated otherwise and are included in the pattern. Sizing and fabric amount information is on the final slide of images.
