GUARANTEE
We offer a minimum 2 year guarantee with all of our new machines.
If you detect a fault and your machine is under guarantee, please contact us and we will repair it free of charge, if we are unable to repair your machine we will replace it with a new machine, the same model and make. In the rare event that the same machine is not available we will discuss with you an alternate settlement. We do not offer refunds.

Please note that all of our workshops are 16+

Bookings are taken on a first come first serve basis and payment in full secures your place.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel one of our courses you will be informed immediately and offered either a full refund or a transfer.
